Coffee and goodbyes, pilgrimage and retreat, destruction and creation. "And" is a beautiful, difficult, and theological word. God is in the midst of all of this.
We start a Bread Guild and build an espresso cart. The garden is bountiful.
Our first front-yard vegetable garden is bounteous. We remodeled the garage into a social/art space. We went on retreat to the Hocking Hills and on pilgrimage to New York City. We created the Red Couch.

2009: A Campus ministry odyssey
The summer of 2009 was the rebirth of the campus ministry at the Edge House. Alice Connor spent the summer fixing up the house, creating a new website, and planning for the hordes of students who would no doubt come barreling in the door.
